Work Supply – Temporary employment agency – was created in 2024 to provide a qualitatively superior response to the needs of companies across Europe which are having increasing difficulty finding employees corresponding to the desired profiles.

The Work Supply Temporary Agency was created in 2019 to provide a qualitatively superior response to the needs of European companies in sectors most affected by staff shortages.

The difficulty in finding flexible, practical and cost-effective solutions to labor shortages represents the MAIN obstacle to the growth and development of European employers.

Indeed, the vast majority of temp agencies are unable to respond effectively and efficiently to their human resource needs.

This is particularly true in economic sectors that require very physical work and offer unattractive positions, such as agriculture, the forestry sector, construction, assembly line work, warehouse handling, the logistics sector, etc. industry, hotels and restaurants, etc.

Our main objective is to provide a reliable and cost-effective solution to the labor demand of companies that belong to these different economic sectors; those in professions under pressure where we find the most difficult positions.

Our main agency is located in Lisbon. In 2023, we opened a branch in the city of Nijmegen in the Netherlands to better meet the labor needs of Dutch, German and Belgian employers.

The creation of our French Representative Office was motivated by Work Supply’s desire to invest in this market, and by the very rapid development of our French and French-speaking customers (Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.).

This Office allows us to ensure a physical presence in France and to be in constant contact with our customers. Our French Legal Representative and his team, in conjunction with the Lisbon headquarters, monitor temporary services, both at a commercial, administrative and legal level. Our customers are never left alone.

Our “major account” customers (Newrest, Bouygues, etc.) particularly appreciate this service.

Today, almost all business generated in Europe is the result of referrals from satisfied customers.

Work Supply- Temporary Agency is unique. We offer a number of benefits that differentiate us from the competition, large or small.

Work Supply - Temporary employment agency has an unlimited candidate supply in PORTUGAL – without the need to recruit externally.

For example:

A Dutch packing center or German logistics company contacts Work Suppy- Temp Agency informing us that they urgently need 30 workers for a period of 4 months.

After a formal contract has been established, we quickly begin screening and selecting candidates for available positions. Most live in Portugal, but some in other EU countries. We also organize accommodation and transport.

Within a week the workers are ready to be deployed, if the necessary documents are issued by the Portuguese authorities.
